Are there any other special instructions for this test?

Saliva Test Collection Instructions For Women with Regular Cycles: Collect samples from the 19th to the 22nd day of your cycle. For Men and Post-Menopausal Women: Samples can be collected on any day. For Women with Irregular Cycles: Longer cycles: Collect between the 24th and 27th day. Shorter cycles: Collect between the 14th and 17th day. Unpredictable cycles: Approximate collection to days 19-22. General Collection Guidelines: Collect all 4 samples on the same day, immediately after waking up, and then around 12:00, 16:00, and before bedtime. Store samples in a refrigerated ziplock bag until submission, ideally the next day. Each tube should have at least 4 ml of saliva; bubbles are fine. Tips: Choose a restful day for collection. Space out collections by 4-5 hours if waking up late. Collect before meals, rinsing mouth once upon waking. Avoid alcohol, milk, and sour foods before collecting. Drink only water before collection. Not suitable for individuals with oral health issues.
