Saliva Test Collection Instructions
For Women with Regular Cycles:
Collect samples from the 19th to the 22nd day of your cycle.
For Men and Post-Menopausal Women:
Samples can be collected on any day.
For Women with Irregular Cycles:
Longer cycles: Collect between the 24th and 27th day.
Shorter cycles: Collect between the 14th and 17th day.
Unpredictable cycles: Approximate collection to days 19-22.
General Collection Guidelines:
Collect all 4 samples on the same day, immediately after waking up, and then around 12:00, 16:00, and before bedtime.
Store samples in a refrigerated ziplock bag until submission, ideally the next day.
Each tube should have at least 4 ml of saliva; bubbles are fine.

Choose a restful day for collection.
Space out collections by 4-5 hours if waking up late.
