To ensure accurate results, follow these guidelines: Stop taking immunosuppressants, steroids, hormone replacements, immune boosters, allergy medications (antihistamines), painkillers, muscle relaxants, anti-inflammatory drugs, and antibiotics 5-7 days before testing. Discontinue Vitamin C (if taking 5g or more per day) at least 3 days prior. Wait 30-60 days post-chemotherapy before testing. Continue taking thyroid, diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease, and gout medications. Consult with staff if unsure about any medications taken in the last 7 days or if unable to stop the mentioned medications, as it may impact results. Do not test if recently ill, vaccinated within the last month, or under one year old.
