Before the Procedure:
1.Consultation: Have a thorough consultation with a qualified professional to discuss your goals and medical history.
2.Avoid Blood Thinners: Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E, and other blood-thinning medications or supplements for at least a week prior to the procedure to reduce the risk of bruising.
3.No Alcohol: Avoid alcohol for 24-48 hours before the treatment.
4.Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before your appointment.

After the Procedure:
1.Avoid Touching the Area: Refrain from touching or massaging the treated area to prevent displacement of the filler.
2.Ice Packs: Apply ice packs to reduce swelling and bruising.
3.Avoid Intense Exercise: Avoid strenuous exercise for 24-48 hours post-procedure.
4.Stay Upright: Keep your head elevated and avoid lying down for at least 4 hours after the treatment.
5.Avoid Heat and Sun: Avoid saunas, hot showers, and direct sunlight for a few days to minimize swelling and bruising.
6.No Makeup: Avoid wearing makeup for at least 24 hours to reduce the risk of infection.
7.Follow-up: Attend any scheduled follow-up appointments to assess the results and address any concerns.
