Dr. Sarunporn (Jay) Sirikietsoong, Psy.D. is a Clinical Psychologist/Neuropsychologist who is licensed in Virginia, USA. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Oregon, master’s degree in clinical psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from Pepperdine University in California, and doctorate in clinical psychology specialized in neuropsychology, from American School of Professional Psychology in Virginia. Her dissertation research was presented at the 126th annual convention of the American Psychological Association, and focused on reaction time and set shifting by individuals with left or right hemispheric stroke.
She works with children, adolescent, adult, and older adult clients with neurological and/or psychological problems by providing assessment and psychotherapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She uses the assessment data to provide diagnostic clarifications. She strives to convert test results into meaningful recommendations, as well as providing psychotherapy to empower individuals to understand their strengths and to help them function optimally in their daily lives.
