Crystal is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) and ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA) accredited coach. She has a postgraduate degree in Applied Coaching from ACAP University College (Australian College of Applied Professions) and specialisations in adult and family ADHD coaching.

She has 15+ years of experience working with professionals and young people, helping them reach their goals, working through challenges and finding personalised tools and strategies that work.

She works with individuals with ADHD and families of young people with ADHD (children, adolescents and young adults) by partnering with them to educate and empower around everyday ADHD challenges. She is passionate about supporting people with ADHD in their lives to understand ADHD strengths and work with their challenges to help her clients function better, feel better and achieve better.

Qualifications

Graduate Certificate in Applied Coaching (ACAP University College), Adult and Family ADHD coaching qualification from the ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA), International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited and Bachelor of Education (University of Sydney)
