As a child of IVF herself, having a sibling born through surrogacy, and having gone through several egg donation processes, Dr. Irada’s experiences have helped her develop a passionate commitment to assisting others in navigating the complexities of reproductive health.

Dr. Jennifer Lai is a CA licensed clinical psychologist who has extensive experience in psychodiagnostic and neuropsychological assessments. Born in Hong Kong (native Cantonese speaker) and raised in Southern CA, Dr. Lai earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Integrative Biology and Psychology from UC Berkeley before obtaining her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Clinical Neuropsychology from Palo Alto University. She has clinical experience across various settings, including training at community mental health centers, schools for children and families, Forand hospitals with medical inpatients. She completed her predoctoral internship at VA Loma Linda and a two-year APA-accredited Clinical Neuropsychology postdoctoral residency specializing in Traumatic Brain Injury/Rehabilitation at VA West Los Angeles. She is skilled in psychological assessments in research and clinical settings, utilizing a culturally sensitive approach emphasizing providing client-focused and individualized care.

Dr. Poell’s passion for empowering individuals shines through her work, guiding them towards meaningful and fulfilling lives.

She has also undergone specialized training in psychological assessments for family-building, becoming a qualified medical examiner for California.

Building upon this foundation, she pursued advanced studies, obtaining both her Master’s and Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University, a prestigious COAMFTE-accredited program.

Dr. McGuire’s personal experiences deeply inform her professional path. As a former egg donor, she intimately understands the complexities of reproductive health. She is committed to being neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+-affirming, providing inclusive care to individuals across various age groups and family structures. As a clinical supervisor and quality assurance specialist for PECNA, she adheres meticulously to the guidelines outlined by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the American Psychological Association (APA), ensuring the highest standards of care.
